Hi, I would like to use Scanpy for finding differential gene expressions in my data. I have four time points, then I have different gene names per each time point. I would like to know how can I use Scanpy to do this. In each time point I have 250 cells. First, I want to know how should I put all these four time points as four groups in adata, and then should I use sc.tl.rank_genes_groups() ?
